Would you like to reduce the impact of your driving to zero? You can do so through compensating for your CO2 emissions by investing in climate projects. Your investments enable sustainable energy projects that reduce the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. Your driving is then carbon neutral, because there is less greenhouse gas being released elsewhere. More and more companies are becoming aware of the CO2 emissions from their business and commuting travel. Did you know that mobility produces an average of 42% of the carbon footprint? By driving climate neutral, you take responsibility for your CO2 emissions and reduce your carbon footprint!
Your footprint explored
The first step is to look at your carbon footprint from driving. Then our mobility expert can tell you all about the steps that you can put in place on your way to sustainable mobility and how you can easily drive climate neutral.
Via your leasing agent
More and more lease agents are offering you the possibility to lease carbon neutral. They offer special green options so that you can start your climate neutral journey today!
Via your fuel pass
Some lease agents offer you the possibility to compensate for your CO2 emissions automatically via your fuel pass. The emissions are calculated immediately for every tank of fuel. The cost of the compensation (about 2.5 cents per litre) is then added automatically to your fuel pass invoice.
100% Climate Neutral
By offsetting the emissions from your car use, you can drive 100% climate neutral. The CO2 emissions are fully compensated for by your investment in our certified projects. You support a better climate and the improvement of local living conditions in developing countries. You receive an annual official certificate that notes the total tonnage of CO2 that has been compensated for. This contributes to your Corporate Social Responsibility.
“Corporate Social Responsibility is a very important part of all of our activities and part of Groningen Seaport’s Mission. A climate neutral lease fleet is naturally part of this.”
